Client Engagement Specialist

WW Health Solutions (WWHS)

WeightWatchers is the leading global wellness company focused on weight loss and maintenance, fitness, and mindset. WWHS is the company’s B2B arm, partnering with employers to offer the WW program as a free or subsidized benefit to employees.

As a Client Engagement Specialist, I supported a book of business consisting of 27 large and jumbo accounts with 10K – 400K employees (e.g., The City of New York, American Express, Pfizer). I worked closely with over 400 site-level contacts, including Wellness Champions, HR Business Partners, and on-site clinicians. I leveraged my site-level knowledge to develop custom communication strategies for each client and set up local Workshops in the Workplace (WW meetings that took place at the office). I also developed and co-hosted several events, including mindfulness webinars, health fairs, and biometric screenings. This was my first full-time role coming out of college and I quickly earned the trust of my manager and colleagues, which led to me supporting WW’s largest client, The City of New York.

Key Accomplishments:

  • Increased program participation with City of New York (WW’s largest client) by 20% over 5 months (7 months ahead of goal); collaborated with 100+ Wellness Champions and maintained 75 workplace workshops

  • Executed custom client engagement and communication strategies, including hosting events and creating newsletters

  • Rallied over 50 City of New York teachers and employees for a walk with Oprah in Brooklyn Bridge Park during Oprah's 2020 Wellness Tour

  • Spearheaded WW Healthy Eating Challenge from idea conception through client rollout; collaborated with operations team to support back-end logistics (e.g., validation, participation, rewards) and marketing team to create branded content

  • Served as engagement team’s subject matter expert for a HubSpot CRM implementation (upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics); created user-friendly guides, trained colleagues, and served as liaison with corporate project lead
