Integrated Marketing Co-Op
New Balance is one of the largest global footwear and apparel companies.
During this full time co-op, I supported two global marketing (brand and women’s) teams. I collaborated with brand ambassadors by seeding seasonal product samples, tracking social channels, and providing brand material for events. I developed shot lists and identified key global looks for two catalog productions and supported Girls Night Out event operations across five international regions. I was initially hired to solely support the global women’s marketing team, but quickly gained trust and respect and was asked to also support the global brand team. This expanded my role and provided me with experience internally communicating the launch of several global brand campaigns.
Key Accomplishments:
Trusted with responsibilities beyond the scope of a standard co-op, including internally communicating the launch of several global brand campaigns, and collaborating with five international teams
Supported two 78-page catalog productions by developing shot lists and identifying key products
Maintained several hundred product samples and tended to PO’s, printing, product orders, etc.
